Camera System Plans

No monthly fees, no contracts (unless customer prefers to contract). We now offer Finance payment plans as an option! For ALL plans, we will be available for FULL technical support after installation at no extra charge for 1 entire year, then service contract is optional; and you'll also get a 3 - 5 year warranty with the manufacturer - which includes free lifetime phone/tech support.

Common plans include anywhere between 1 camera - 64 camera & security systems. We typically recommend having at least 1 month of playback recordings (as the hard drives in recorders "recycle" after filling up), so factor in size of hard drives which also depends on camera resolutions and speed (e.g. 4K cameras running at 60fps require large hard drive capacity due to the outstanding resolution of recordings). Free easy-to-use mobile app access to manage the entire system (including iPhone/Android, iPad, Mac/PC etc), with extensive ongoing training by Aloha Secure. Custom requests are welcome, we will do our best to meet any requirements!

Maintenance / Support after installation

We choose surveillance systems that comes with a FREE 3-year warranty and lifetime technical/phone support.. which includes defective product / RMA incidents, Remote/Mobile monitoring issues, etc. If something happens within our agreed support timeframe of installation, we'll take care of this for you at no extra charge. Contracting with Aloha Secure after our 1 year of post-installation is recommended for continued support, which includes remote maintenance, continued training, resolving issues etc., but is optional.

What makes us different at Aloha Secure?

Aside from our outstanding online customer reviews (both "installation" and "post-installation support"). Most companies charge monthly fees after installation, with us it's install cost only (unless you prefer to contract for ongoing support). Now regarding the surveillance systems we use: Here's some things to watch out for when looking at cheaper surveillance/cctv systems which many installers (or systems sold at Costco etc.) use to keep costs down: they'll advertise using "High-Def" cameras, however use cheaper analog DVR's that do not support full high-def (1080p+ quality) recordings - so when you view previously recorded video, the quality appears more pixelated than the Live View (i.e. when viewing live videos on monitor or mobile). That way they can minimize CPU, memory, and disk requirements on the DVR in order to keep costs down. Aloha Secure uses future-proof digital IP-based NVR recorders with full "Beyond High-Def" (4K minimum) recording, playback history of typically over one month (using larger storage for NVR or back-up system), as well as commercial grade high-powered CPU's and high performance RAM for very fast and stable video recording and live-feed viewing, remote video backup, etc.
